Let the world know that we are not about to go away and that we are not going to allow those that would condemn us to push us into the shadows.

This blog really got me thinking about all of the waste we produce. Good food that is simply thrown away, such a shame, my thoughts are with those less fortunate than us all.
I always do my best to eat clean and healthy but there are two times a year that I go absolutely nuts with the food, Thanksgiving and Christmas! Those are my two favorite times to eat. I am a total sucker for all the the cakes and pies. And to be honest, I don't feel too bad about pigging out being that I only do it twice a year. Good times!
