Obama, The Radical Feminist

May 6, 2008 by Holly in 2008 election, politics

Obama Men’s rights activists aren’t too happy with Obama and his so-called radical feminist agenda.

As you can most likely guess, men’s rights activists view feminism as a “dogmatic belief in a malevolent, all-pervasive conspiracy that renders its victims helpless.” …Heh, “victims.” They also believe that (while comparing Obama’s affiliation with Jereimah Wright and his hatred for American society) feminists blame every unpleasantness on the alleged shortcomings of men.

So obviously, these men’s rights activists aren’t very well-informed when it comes to the topic of feminism, which we already knew, but why do they believe Obama has a rad fem agenda?

Here are some points that were brought up in the article, saying “As you can see, Sen. Obama is marching lock-step with the radical feminist agenda, pretty much from A to Z.”

The article finishes with:

Barack Obama, the latest hen-pecked Democratic candidate who has pretensions of becoming the next Leader of the Free World.

Hen-pecked, huh? Because all women do is nag, nag, nag; didn’t you know?

For sure he will be a great leader of a great nation!
  • I never cease to be amazed by the Right's attempt to demonize center and center-left beliefs by tossing adjectives like radical and extremist in front of the ideologies which embody them.

Obama is clearly the best candidate, partisan hyperbole aside, when faced with the reality that the alternative, MCCain,(and BTW-wake up Hillary supporter-it's over), has fully embraced the dogma of the religious right and has pledged to place the kind of Supreme Court Judges who WILL overturn Roe.

Vote smart. Inform yourself. This is perhaps the most critical election of our lifetimes.
